To become a member of The Authentic Mom Club, you must be a mom or have plans to become a mom. If you are not currently pregnant and/or are not already a mom, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, parental approval will be requested. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership if eligibility criteria are not met.

 

3. Account Registration

To utilize many of our resources, including any memberships, groups, events, etc. you must become a member of The Authentic Mom Club. In order to do so, you need to create an account on our website. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

4. Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a positive and supportive community. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and kindness.

• Avoid posting or sharing content that is harmfully offensive, or discriminatory, unless it is a personal experience that will be helpful for other members during journey.

• Refrain from spamming or soliciting other members.

• Follow any additional community guidelines provided inside of our Community Facebook Group.

   

Violations of the guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or terminations of membership at our discretion.

 

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content created by The Authentic Mom Club, including but not limited to text, images, and videos, is owned by The Authentic Mom Club and protected by intellectual property laws. Members retain ownership of their content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it.
